Qualifications：

We expect to hire native English-speaking teachers to deliver the international program as well as the EAL course in the kindergarten and bilingual school. The EAL program will be based on Cambridge Global English.

Working Environment:

Hefei, Anhui Province, is a city of 8 million people. It is a well-planned, modern city with excellent public transportation, diverse shopping areas, and ample green spaces such as lakes and parks.

Teachers will have their own classrooms so that they can create suitable learning environments with appropriate furnishings, decorations, learning resources, and displays of student work. The maximum class size in 2019 will be 20 students.

Teachers are expected to advise and mentor students, either as homeroom teachers in primary school or advisors in middle school and high school.

All Xinhua Academy teachers are expected to provide at least one weekly class as part of the Extra-Curricular Program (ECP) that takes place daily after regular classes end. These may include courses in the fine arts, sports, EAL, college or career readiness, or academic support. Teachers are free to propose a course on a subject or topic of interest as long as it is aligned with the school.
